We strive to ensure satisfaction with our design services and digital products. However, due to the nature of digital and custom work, refunds are limited and granted only under the conditions below.
2. Custom Design Services
Payments for custom projects (such as logo or website design) are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a project before work starts, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Digital Products & Templates
All sales of digital downloads (templates, files, or other assets) are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered to you.
4. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at info@creativeamba.com. Include your order number, service details, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of your account. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve issues directly.
