AMBA Creative LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides branding, graphic design, website design, and digital creative services only. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Services
- Custom design services: logos, brand kits, websites, and other creative deliverables defined in the project agreement.
- Digital products: downloadable templates and design assets delivered electronically.
- No recurring billing is charged unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Payments
- Payments are due in advance via credit/debit card, Stripe, Wise, or other secure payment methods.
- All card payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.
- Prices are listed in USD (or other currencies when specified) and may include taxes where applicable.
- A formal invoice is issued before processing any payment.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Custom design projects may be non-refundable once work begins. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Delivery
- Digital products are delivered via email or download link after purchase.
- Custom projects are delivered according to the timeline agreed in your proposal.
6. Intellectual Property
- All work remains AMBA Creative’s property until full payment is received.
- Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment unless otherwise stated.
- Templates and digital products may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
7. Acceptable Use
- You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, or resell our templates without permission.
- You may not attempt to hack, bypass, or disrupt our website or systems.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” AMBA Creative LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
