1. Digital Delivery Only
AMBA Creative provides digital services and products only. No physical items are shipped. Delivery occurs electronically through email, download links, or online access.
2. Processing Time
- Digital templates/products: delivered automatically or within a few minutes after successful payment.
- Custom design services: timelines are agreed upon in advance with each client and may vary depending on project scope.
3. Delays
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, fraud checks, or technical issues. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
4. Non-Delivery
If you do not receive your digital product or service within the stated timeframe, please check your spam folder and then contact us immediately at support@creativeamba.com. We will ensure you receive your purchase.
5. Revisions & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital creative work, delivered files are non-refundable since they cannot be returned. Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Extra revisions can be added for a small fee.
