2. Services
- Custom Design Services: logos, brand kits, websites, and related deliverables per agreed scope/proposal.
- Digital Products: downloadable templates and assets delivered electronically.
- Subscriptions (if applicable): some offerings may renew automatically until you cancel.
3. Payments
- Payments are due in advance via Stripe, PayPal, or credit/debit card.
- For subscriptions, you authorize automatic charges until cancellation.
- Prices are shown in USD, GBP or EUR and may include taxes where applicable.
- Invoices/receipts will reflect “AMBA Creative LLC”.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Custom design projects may be non-refundable once work begins. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
5. Delivery
- Digital products: delivered via download link or email shortly after purchase.
- Service projects: delivered according to the agreed schedule in your proposal.
6. Intellectual Property
- All work remains AMBA Creative’s property until final payment is received.
- Upon full payment for custom work, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- Templates are licensed for your use (personal/commercial as stated) and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
7. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent use of the Services.
- No unauthorized copying, sharing, or resale of templates.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” AMBA Creative LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraud/abuse/chargebacks.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
